Noel Richards

Noel has been part of the UK contemporary Christian music scene for 40 years and has written many well known songs within this genre. Perhaps the best known of these is ‘All Heaven Declares’, which he co-wrote with his wife Tricia. Noel currently has 17 songs that feature in the CCLI top 500, Church Copyright listing.

He has played in more than 30 nations and at many events throughout the UK, Europe and beyond.

He organised ‘Champion of the World’ at Wembley Stadium in June 1997. This event attracted almost 45,000 people.

In January 2000 he played before 66,000 people at the Millennium Stadium, Wales, an event, which was broadcast, live on BBC TV to at least 5 million people in the UK.

In July 2006, Noel organised an event at the Olympic Stadium, Berlin, Germany that gathered 25,000 participants and attendees from more than 42 nations.

In October 2009 and January 2010, Noel featured on the BBC TV programme “Songs of Praise”, which is viewed by almost 3 million people in the UK.

Noel’s latest studio album released in November 2008 is entitled ‘Heaven’s King.

In February 2010, Noel’s publisher Kingsway released a CD entitled “All Heaven Declares – The very best of Noel Richards”.

In November 2011 his band The Hudson Taylors released their latest album – “The Lord bless and keep you” on the Kingsway label.
